Follow-up is a Software-as-a-Service application by Clazzy Tech Sdn Bhd. Operators (such as accounting, legal, audit, and compliance firms) sign in, upload client documents or define request checklists, and authorize Follow-up to send and read messages on their behalf.
When connected to a user’s Google Workspace account, Follow-up uses the Gmail API only to (1) send follow-up emails the user has approved or scheduled, and (2) read inbound replies on threads it started, so the AI can update task status and continue the conversation. It does not scan the user’s wider inbox, sell data, or use Gmail content to train any third-party model.
